    I own a Mossberg JM Pro. After disassembly and cleaning. I lost trigger housing pin sleeve. I called CS and they told me that the piece I lost was a regulated piece on their end and that they could not just send me the sleeve. I had to send them my entire trigger assembly with a note. What a PITA, but I did. They turned it around in less than a week. They replaced both sleeves and gave me an extra one just in case. No charge for parts or return shipping.

    It's good to hear of quality customer service out there. With companies today, in general, those positive experiences are few and far between. If companies would realize the positive word of mouth they'd get from replacing what is probably a part that is less than $1, I think more companies would wake up.
