Yeah- I mean, it used to sell for like 200 dollars from what I remember. I guess vortex lowered the price to compete with the Romeo 5.

I think the Sparc AR has been discontinued so may be clearance sales.

Apparently there’s a gen1 and a gen2 which I can’t tell any difference of. I think they’re selling off the gen1’s. Ammoland has em for $119.00.

Sparc II AR. Says they upped the battery life from 8,500hrs to 50,000hrs.

That's almost 6 years. Not bad. I know a huge selling point for the AimPoints over EOTechs when I was deployed was that guys didn't like to worry about their batteries dying during the deployment at all. AimPoint was proven that you could leave it on the whole year to 15 months without having to worry at all about changing batteries. I need to check mine when I get home, I think mine is the SPARC II, from the looks of it. I also have their UH-1 holosight which isn't bad, but it isn't that impressive, either. I think I'd rather put my 3x magnifier behind the SPARC.
