I've seen a couple at USPSA matches. They're pretty. I don't think they are on the handgun roster, so it seems unlikely anyone in MD has one.

Just picked up my new STI DVC Limited yesterday. Took it out for a spin this morning. Wow, what an amazing gun! I am very happy with it. Was shooting a little left in the beginning, but made a small sight adjustment and started to get more used to it by the end. Looking forward to the first match with it.

Too bad STI is no longer making DVCs. I'm glad I got my DVC 3-gun.
That's what motivated me to finally make the purchase.
