I have several AR's now and I am in the process of building one, but with the prices so low, thinking about picking up another complete rifle. looking in the $400-$600 range. what would you buy and why? pics would be nice too :gun7:

    Where they send me.
I think Engage had the Rugers for $600. I like that idea since Ruger is likely to be around for a long time, even if the market stays soft like it is. May never be an issue with an AR but having a maker to stand behind it down the road is nice.

My AR pistol has Del-Ton internals and I'm very happy with the trigger, the reset, and the quality of the parts kits. I just handled a 316H last Saturday. The fit and finish is great and it has Magpul furniture.

IP Scot's Gunsmithing still has 1 or 2 Del Tons with the Magpul furniture....$550. I think only the OD Green model is left (others were FDE).

Nothing wrong with Del-Ton. They're not a tier 1 manufacturer, but "low cost AR" is necessarily an area where a certain amount of trade-off is necessary.
