You might have to do some internet detective work but I heard a rumor that a carbon fiber arrowshaft does the same thing roughly.
Yes, I use that Spee D Loader:When I was a kid we used aluminum arrow shafts. Even kept them in a quiver with corks on top.
There is a commercial loader available. EZ Loader if I remember right.
Sorry, it's a Spee D Loader

You could prolly MAKE something for less using tubing from Home Despot.
I remember when the shooting gallery on the Ocean City Boardwalk used tubes to load 22 shorts into the gallery guns. Different times!
I have several tube reloading tools. The are made of plastic and have ten cavities of either 10 or 19 rounds. To load, you turn the cap to a full tube and pour it into your tubular magazine. I think I bought them from Sportsmans Guide. The work great. The 10 round model is more compact for carrying in the field.
Found this link.

Yep, and at the fair too. There would be bucket filled with those tubes.
Get the big (milkshake) type drinking straws. I seal one end with a lighter and put seven rounds in them and a piece of electrical tape over the top. Two to fill the magazine... they work great, cost almost nothing, and fit in your back pocket without any problem.
