What I'm wondering is, will these new Mossberg and Remington offerings have an deliterious effect on how Scott's is selling theirs or ones already purchased. It shouldn't because grandfathered, I'm thinking...Basically you're buying a receiver, and a barrel and assembling a handgun at home, which is legal. But I'm wondering if the factory ones being on the roster would create an issue...

Ps, the Serbu Super Shorty is on the roster.

Wonder how the handgun classification will effect any rules. Most I see are in reference to it being listed as a firearm as it is federally. Here is a good vid showing that this thing can be very accurate and useful.

It's considered a handgun in Maryland due to the barrel length. Need the HQL, if I've not otherwise mistaken.
