    so here's a question for the members of the collective.

    I have read that the ATF has said that people under 21 are not allowed to build a firearm from an 80% lower if it can be used as a handgun (emphasis on 1911 and Polly 80 pistol frames). however I have never seen a citation under the US code or federal regulations that actually states that it is illegal for someone under the age of 21 to do so.

    is anyone aware of an actual law or regulation that prohibits it, and if so would you please post it as a reply.

    Not sure but I think being 21 is a MD thing.

    18+ can at least possess in DE.
