Crimson Trace will mail you batteries once a year for free. You can be a new buyer or current owner. I just filled out the form and put in for it.

BTW, I bought the Crimson Trace Railmaster in March of 2012, which screws on to the accessory rail of my full sized Beretta PX4 Storm 9mm. I have run 1000 rounds through it since, and I havent had to readjust it once, its still holding zero, and the original batteries are still going strong. Cost me around $130, easy to install no smith needed, and is a great addition to the gun!
