    You are correct about not using gasoline, that would make for a bad day!!!

    I was pretty lucky in that i was the first person to shoot the flame thrower that weekend so the owner let me help him mix up the napalm. Now that does use gasoline that is mixed with some type of congealing agent. The naplam is what gives you the nice steady stream of fire that you can see in my pic. The diesel was more of a fire ball than a stream.

    It was $120 well spent :thumbsup:

    Can we say jell-o powder??? :innocent0

    the older, high-phosphorus content powered laundry detergent works, too. Lot cheaper than Jello, too.

    Did not know that, I''ll have to squirell that away in memory.


    Anyone ever try the old gas, vaseline, styrofoam method?

    On second thought, maybe we shouldn't be discussing diff't recipes, we're problem being 'observed'. :tinfoil:
