So what "non-firearm company" War time manufacturers are in your C&R collection? I'll start, and only a few.

    1903 A3 by Smith Corona
M1 Carbines by Inland division of General Motors and one by National Postal Meter. (Only 9 more to go for all manufacturers :))

So who has a Singer 1911?

I'd like to have an International Harvester 1911 or Garand, but one eludes me.

Me too. I have a connection to Evansville, Indiana, so I would love to get an IHC Garand. Also, I think many have the original LMR barrels which are prized by Garand shooters.

Standard Products and Saginaw Gear (S'G') M1 carbines, one each.
Used to have an FP-45 Liberator but traded it for a P.38 ... a nice one.
Technically Spreewerk wasn't purely a firearms company or firearms factory so my CYQ P.38's would be a stretch but still within that category.

Probably a lot more if I counted up M1 carbine mag manufacturers.

I know it's not a firearm, but I have a set of binoculars marked "Kelvinator-Nash 1943" I was issued them about 1984. The Bureau had cases of them in storage. The Harbor Patrol traded some nautical equipment for them that the FBI needed. They were 6 X 30 with fantastic optics.

Union Switch and Signal 1911a1 45 in original grease and overseas shipping packaging as shipped from Red River Army Depot in 1961 as part of a DCM/NRA sale to NRA members. Majority of these were shipped to Nationalist China on lend-lease in 1945. I also recall training with an M16a1 made by the Hydramatic transmission dept of General Motors around 1967...
