Doesn't seem like much is brewing on that front. Is it that it is to new a concept in states that have enacted such legislation for there to be any test cases? Or - is this going to be accepted as the new norm where certain classes of people are targeted/ denied constitutional protections because of the overriding concern of the public. If that is the case I'm afraid we are on the verge of red flag legislation as it relates to 1st amendment issues also.

Quote modified for truth. And, until a firearm is actually used to do something illegal, ALL of this is an attack on 1A (AKA" he said something scary") as well as 2A. By design of the Thought Crime Bureau.
