Question for Enfield pros

I bought a No 4 MK1

Rifle is complete minus the barrel bands and associated hardware. It seems that the bands are easy to find but the screws are not. I am wondering if a MKIII screw set would be close enough to fit?

In theory no, thread pitch is different. But they are very close, you might be able to pull it off if it comes to that. Here's a good resource to bookmark that shows basic thread specs for Metfords and Enfields.
I'd also check Springfield Sporters for band screws, they're my go-to source for Enfield bits.
