I know lots of people who did it perfect their first try if they are familiar with working with jigs and drill press. A understand p320 fire control group is nearly impossible to screw up.

Also in places where it is legal to make them, while you can't have someone make it for you and sell it or gift finished one to you; there is as I recall some latitude as to advising you while you do it. Exactly how much advice while you do it I don't recall, but there is some amount of advisement that is allowed.

You are wrong. Only 3% of 80% kits can ever be finished and that's just a theoretical %. I'm pretty sure the actual number is 0% as all malfunction and are thrown away.

The Sig 80 percent is foolproof. The jig literally makes a perfect bend and aligns the holes. It's actually easier than doing a Glock clone frame. You would need to try to mess it up.

Good to know. I have everything ready to go for one of those.

Not wasting my money on an 80% when for a little more I can buy a 100% from Antwon on North Ave.

Fair enough. You can buy a race car or you can build one. Buy a picnic table or build one. Some of us like making things. Big brother doesn’t know if I built a picnic table or bought it from Walmart.

And there is a picture some where that proves I'm a fool.

it will happen in USA I will bet.

The sad thing is that every place gun bans have come into play, the people comply.

Even here in the US. Look at California and NY. Going a little bit further each time is NBD for them. They do it and we allow them.

Let me ask this. Why would they stop? So far, they have met no resistance.

Is there a line in the sand and if so, where is that line?

There wasn’t very much compliance in NY or CT with gun bans. This one is even more difficult to enforce.

“Some of you have guns we don’t know about...you need to turn them in”.

Most people building 80 Percent guns are building them for a reason.
