    Not far from Cabela's also in DE is X-Ring Supply in Newark they sell mags. You actually drive right past it if you take the back way to avoid the I-95 tolls.

    Palmetto state armory will ship to a PA address with a Maryland billing address. so if you have a friend/family/co worker that is friendly have them shipped to his/her house. Then make a trip once the box is delivered.
