I got an email from Jim McMahan that the vote occurred yesterday and it passed. The county executive will sign it and the bill will go into effect 60 days later.

Will this ever be repealed for Baltimore City?

My wife and I are residents of Harford County but she works in the city. Am I correct in assuming she cannot legally carry one while in the city?

You are correct. Stun guns are illegal in Baltimore City.

she is out of business and working at Home Depot in Aberdeen the last I heard

You are correct, see her there regularly.

I saw that "Estate Brokers" / Aka Doc's Gun and Pawn. is not there anymore. Anyone know what ever happened to Deb?

Some heresay here but here goes. Got caught in some paperwork issues with ATF. Also sold a bunch of guns on consignment and never reported the sales to the owners nor paid them. I had a relative who had several guns on consignment there and only got them back from MSP a few months ago; she had sold several and never paid him and the balance he got back from MSP had been beat to hell including several high end Browning shotguns. There was a trial for something (either over the paperwork issues or the theft issues) and she walked on everything. I believe my relative attended the trial in the audience.

That's all second hand but I have no reason not to believe any of it.
