Failure to receive 77R pin?

Buying a couple of handguns from a buddy and submitted the 77R from my phone on the way to Gymratz. Didn't receive confirmation email with pin number. John could find the application online and clicked to send me an email but never got it. Anyone else ever have this problem? Phone was getting email updates. We sent an email to me just to make sure and it immediately went through. Hours later still no email. Next step to call MSP tomorrow I guess.

Have you checked the spam and junk folders? They may have gone there.

Never had any problems myself but can you log into your account on the MSP site and see your application?

Not in spam or trash folder. I can log in and see my application. It says submitted to application pool. I have clicked on resend confirmation and it tells me email sent but still get nothing.

My email is my log in Id so it has to be right to let me log in and I have received other pins from them in the past. A week ago did a password update and got the email for that as well.

I had this issue yesterday. Called MSP, spoke to a nice lady, and was told that they were having continual issues with Comcast email accounts. Sure enough, I signed up using my Comcast email.
To resolve the issue, I opened a gmail account, called her back with that address, and had the MSP email in my inbox within minutes.

Sounds right. I called and they copied the email to another account and then sent it to me. Not sure why comcast is having problems with the automated system.
