Florida non-resident CCW - Renewal?

I recently renewed my Florida permit. Yesterday I received a check from FL for 5 bucks.
The memo was, "The attached Warrant (Check) represents a reduction in Concealed Weapons License fees".

What sources are available in Maryland for Florida fingerprinting (card not scan)? I live in Bowie...any places closer than Frederick, which I have routinely used.

Must be a law enforcement agency. I used Mo Co Police but I think you must be a resident to get them done.

I think the CJIS facility in Pikesville does them as well.

UMBC police does ink cards. Walk right in & get 'em done.
