Which is what I would have done but I don't have your level of patience. And after shooting it I don't regret buying the faux suppressor version.

I also wanted the muzzle brake variant (mostly because I prefer the aesthetics), but like you, I didn't want to wait it out. I also don't think there's much need for a muzzle brake for a 9 mm gun with a 16-inch barrel. There's not going to be a lot of kick. Although I haven't checked the specs or looked for a side-by-side pic, I presume the faux suppressor one is shorter too (by the length of a muzzle brake of course).

If you guys want one you better call 2A when they open w/ a CC in hand or they will be gone. I bought one of the last ones before they closed yesterday and 2 were walking out the door as I arrived. I bet they won't last past lunch hour. They were all the brake version (no faux suppressor.) I will file for stamp for it this weekend:evilgrin3

Just ordered one with the muzzle break, got a pretty good deal on a GB auction.

    See when it gets here.

Now where is the cheapest place to mag-up? I have an out of state address to ship too.

BTW KYGCO has Scorpions with muzzle breaks now for $955 cash, a hair less than I paid (and a good company).

    Prepper has lots of mags.

Had very limited time to use the range today before closing time, so couldn't quite finish zeroing the red dot and iron sights, but here's what a 10 round group shot somewhat quickly in 30 seconds using the red dot and no magnification looks like at 50 yards (small squares are 0.5 inches) with 115 gr RN Winchester white box ...

I really do want one of these since Colion Noir posted his video about this. Though objectively I think these are stupid and expensive for what they are. But I kind of just want to say **** it and get a pistol caliber carbine anyway.

Excactly. I am very practical in the guns I buy. And this gun has very little practical value. But it is fast becoming one of my favorites. Maybe because it's pretty much my only dedicated "fun" gun.
