  • Even if the bill passes the Senate (I don't think it has a prayer) it will be immediately challenged by Frosh and other deep blue states...They will shop around to find a circuit that will strike it down and I do not believe this SCOTUS will change their ruling..And if by some miracle it survives the challenge Frosh will whisper is some MOCO liberal's ear and you will see Maryland wear and carry go away...You can't have reciprocity if you have no carry law... Some people from NY and CT have already heard their state's attorney general state the same thing..SO...don't get your hopes up...

google is your friend, I am not.
Muleskinner does have a point: Frosh, the CA attorney General, and a few others are itching to challenge this. They will probably do it in the 9th or 2nd, or 3rd, and win. Because guns.

National reciprocity does not do a damn thing until Ginsberg and Kennedy are replaced with more 2A friendly justices.

I totally doubt any court would enjoin legislation passed by a bicameral body and signed by the President. Won't happen. If it passes, it's here.
