HBAR AR Cash N Carry?

Iím considering selling one of my HBAR rifles. Do I need to transfer it to the buyer or is it cash and carry? Any help would be appreciated.

Cash and carry. They must be a resident of the same state.

cash and carry if its a factory built rifle but i believe it still needs to be tranferred if it was built from a stripped receiver aka other.

Nope.
You could do it as a CYA, but not necessary

So not to be a pain in the neck, but does this mean a face to face cash and carry is gtg? Or do I still need to use an FFL and have the buyer go through NICS?

No FFL needed.
All legal (non banned) long guns in MD can be bought and sold face to face.
I usually ask to see a driver's license so I know they're a MD resident. Some people want to see an HQL. The details will be worked out by you
