    No I would not and I'd ask questions as to what they do for their magnetic particle inspection. I've been to Colt and see what they do. That's the bolt carrier group I would carry for anything used as a duty weapon.

    zoostation and clandestine, thanks for the info. What is the cheapest BCG you would trust in battle? I understand that "cheap" and "battle" are not the best combination

    For what you're asking for, you want a full-auto BCG in black nitride. Toolcraft is a good choice. I'm partial to Bravo Company but they aren't cheap. The extra mass of full-auto is key to reliability. What you don't want is a lightweight, tacticool BCG.

    Toolcraft BCG:s are extremely well made and have great Q.C.


    I see problems with PSA BCG's, mainly with the carrier bore not having a clean finish.

    Avoid NiB and Nitride finishes.

    Joe Bob's has them on sale for 80 bucks.

    Run, don't walk to that website, order yourself enough for free shipping, and do your build.

    If Chad says Toolcraft, then it's Toolcraft.
