Negative. Those are the factory pipes. The drag pipes are probably on the bike.

Throw them up on C-list for $20 and see if anyone bites. Not dented / scratched might help a fellow out.

They may be worth $20 or so to someone looking to trade their bike in and either keep their pipes or sell them after their bike is gone. Other than that not really. Search around on eBay or CL but you most likely will not move them unless really cheap.
You could easily get 50 on CL. Ask me how I know.
