    Any fingerprint vendor who does fingerprints submits them directly to CJIS.

    I assume then that any approved vendor can do the prints

    But maybe Mdeng can confirm

    Call UMBC Campus Police Department, Hilltop Circle, Catonsville, MD. That's where I had my fingerprints done for Fla. YMMV.
