Well, my hearing was supposed to be on the 11th. According to their website they aren't even meeting that day. 2 emails two weeks ago and still no response. Now what do I do?

Either would be equally effective. We're talking about an entity that comes in at 11:00, goes to lunch, and leaves for the day at 2:00.
I can foresee another meeting where no applicants show up......
Looking less and less accidental.
Its a good thing that nobody on or affiliated with the HPRB reads these threads. if they did read this, and then still didnt address these most basic foundational problems, then we would have to assume that these deficiencies were willful and deliberate.

And CC the head of the MSP and the Governors office.
CC Stephen Moyer the Secretary of the Department Of Public Safety and Correctional Services (dpscs), since they are the controlling authority of the HPRB, not MSP.
Still a few months short of the 1 year worth they needed to keep as mandated by the law prior to yesterday, which has now increased to 5 years.

But no agenda for the meetings. Per the new law they have until 6:00 PM tomorrow to provide the agenda for Tuesday's meeting.
Hard to have an agenda, when you dont even see any files till the meeting starts.

The Handgun Permit Review Board will be meeting at 100 Community Place, Crownsville, MD 20132. The meetings are scheduled to begin at 6:00 pm. Here is the schedule:
October 4th and 18th
November 1th and 15th

He knew your hearing date way back in July? How the hell does that happen? There would have never been a hearing on Oct 11th. It's the 2nd Tuesday of the month. lol

This scheduling problem was brought up by the chairman at the last meeting and put the responsibility on Legum to hey it fixed. The rest of the year was scheduled on the incorrect days.
