Well, Phil forecasts an early spring. That means an early demise to his relatives.
Post your pics. It might be soon.

Anyone seen more around? I saw about 5 possum on the way to work today, but have yet to see any whistlepigs in the usual spots. Zero activity in my yard, which is a shame as I have a new-to-me hi-standard I'm looking to put to use.

I took my 15 yr old grand son to Dug Hill today.I shot my 270 a couple of times. My grand son says "Look, there is a groundhog"

On was crossing the field.I told him to get the 243 and take a shot.By the time he got loaded and ready ,the groundhog was about 150 to 175 yrds away.He missed two shots at a deer this past year about the same distance.I was expecting him to miss again. He shot and I saw dirt fly behind the groundhog and I thought he missed but he nailed it in the neck.

After telling him nice shot,I asked him.....how did you miss the two shots at the deer???? lol

There’s a small window of time before the crops are too tall. Times a ticking!
