I have a question about Maryland's law for barrels. I want to get a 14.7 in barrel from Wilson Combat below. Now when you are building a rifle do you still have to follow with a heavy barrel? I am tracking the 16" barrel, as I am getting a Surefire Warcom flash hider placed on the barrel and pinned.
I am not looking at getting into any trouble with the state, but just want some clarification. Are there any other law i need to track to make sure i do not get into trouble as well would be most appreciated.
Also i am placing my build information on the site, if you have any recommendations please post.
