The 4 shot group was from my latest ar build measured .455. The shoot n see target 5 shots from rem 700 308 measured .452. If it werent for that pulled shot on left it would have been a .267 center to center group.

Didn't get to take pictures of the target, but here's my scorecard from my first (600 yard) F-Class shoot on Sunday.

A rear bad will help a ton.

Yeah, I had one with me, but didn't use it. Probably should have.

1st Match, I wasn't going for score. Played it safe and just made sure my dope was semi-accurate.

2nd Match, started going for score. After that '8' I kinda lost focus.

3rd Match, wanted to improve upon my 2nd match score, but by then fatigue was becoming an issue. My rifle is set-up for shooting from a bench, so shooting prone I wasn't very comfortable, and it showed by the 3rd match.

    Hey Brad

Good Shooting. I was the guy next to you on target 3, relay 3. It was nice meeting you. Hope you had a good time and keep coming back. Definitely break out that rear bag next time and see if that improves your score.

Small world! It was good to meet you as well. And I'll definitely be back as often as schedule permits - had a good deal of fun, even after walking 600 yards to the target pits.

Next time I'll utilize a rear bag, that ought to buy me a few more points if I can keep shooting consistently. I'm not sure what was more enjoyable, shooting 600 yards, or watching other people's 'trace'.

I like fclass...it helps learn the wind, which I'm still horrible at.

Went to Reade and it was very different than where I normally shoot. Looks like an old strip mine. My first time out with my new rifle.

I've never paid attention to reading mirage and it bit me in the azz my last string. I can't figure this wind out to save my life. I saw the mirage move....but didn't hold right enough and pulled 2 7's lol. In order to get back to center, I was holding off the black! Its all about learning something new each time you go out though, as long as I'm doing that I'm happy. Both flags weren't moving much, but there is a cut in the trees where all I could do was watch mirage, I can bet you going forward, I will watch mirage.

I think that it's interesting that not every rifle in this thread with super tight groups is a tactical rifle with a composite stock. There are some absolute tack drivers in this thread that are blued with gorgeous wood.

This group is from my Savage 10T 6.5 Creedmoor. 120gr Hornaday A Max factory ammo. Wish I had more time with it as I'm sure it will do better. These are the 3,4,5th shots this rifle has ever taken.

Nice shooting BossmanPJ...Wow you got a great .300!

You picked on of the best long range cartridge for a non-reloader, 6.5CM

I was shocked that the .300 did as well as it did. Couldn't believe it.

The 6.5 is awesome for sure. I need to find a close place to really stretch its legs. For now I am limited to 100 at Elk Neck and around 250 at a buddies farm.
For now I will just see how small of a hole I can shoot with it.

Well all I can say is that I'm more impressed with the RPR more and more....shootso the 140gr Hornady stuff a little better than the others, a little over 1/3 MOA. And the new 143gr eldx hunting stuff shoots just as well.

    Match group

    Hunting group

And the 308 load for the 700. Suppressor moved at almost an inch at 100 yards.

These are groups at 100 yards, purple rifle is a 3006 shooting 168 fiocchi and 180 fiocchi smk, my wife shot 10 to 12 shot 1 to 1 and 1/2 inch groups. The ar is shooting 77gr beck and 77gr black hills, all the top groups were very rushed, the good groups are about half inch groups, the biggest group is just over an inch.
