Seems full steam ahead on a basement finishing.
About 600 sq ft. Will include framing out, insulation, some electrical and plumbing, add ceiling or would consider other options (not drop down, acoustical ceiling). Adding a full bathroom, the line out is about 3 feet above floor level, to be dug and pumped out and some other plumbing moves.
Going to invite in PBHarvey's outfit for some HVAC considerations.
Electrical work can be handled by a family friend who has done all our work for years.
Flooring would be finished concrete (epoxy) or vinyl wood floor.
I pretty much know what we want, what we need.
