LOL... Has anyone actually read this?

Some folks will be walking around with a license the size of a phone book. The local PD and or Sherrif s departments will be completely overwhelmed trying to type this crap up within the required 30 days and they're only going to get paid $15 to do it.

They may easily change the required time to 90 days and fund it somehow. Everyone wants to be at the forefront of gun control.

I typed in gun and auto suggest pulled up control and confiscating as two options. Ugh.

These people will never stop, ever. The problem with the bans on "assault weapons," is not that the legislatures pass them, but that the courts are willing to rubber stamp them. The entire point of the judiciary is to protect the rights of the minority against irrational abuse of the majority.

Apparently they think they can sneak around it by adding a line that "Nothing in this section mandates how or where a firearm must be stored." This, after a bunch of lines indicating where and precisely how a firearm must be stored if you want to avoid prosecution, the whole point of the bill after all. But I guess they think if they add a line saying it isn't so then that makes it true. Magical thinking, a liberal forte.
