    My brother just bought a house in East Baltimore on Joplin St. near the Home Depot. He has a lot of chipping paint, and possibly rotten wood, on his front and rear window frames. We would also consider wrapping with vinyl or aluminum. We need to get this taking care of ASAP, weather permitting, in order to insure insurance coverage. Looking for someone who is licensed and insured and who speaks English! Parking for vehicle is available in back of house.
