Pretty sure this is Dave, runs Crazy Horse Custom Fishing Rods and then sells hundreds of used rods out of his garage. I got a couple of nice enough spinning and baitcasting rods from him for like $15ea and will definitely be back to get some trolling rods. Call him at 410-474-7664

Take a drive to Anglers near the bay bridge. Give them the budget. Get 10ft or more and heavy enough to toss 6-8 oz lead + bait. Have a blast
