Not sure how good this price is, but thought I would pass it on.

Some ranges prohibit tracers. They can start fires. Check your range rules and watch the weather when using them.

I have to stock up on those for an upcoming night shoot.

Beta-C magdump using tracers and a 100mW green laser should be interesting.
Lx1x, you and Al coming with me?

I've tried that in .22 and .308 and 9mm and have not been impressed. did not have the chance to play with it at night or at unlimited distances, which may make all the difference, but in daylight at 100 yards it was not worth it, IMHO. YMMV.

Another decent price is at Cabelas. 99.99 for 200rnds.

On another note. I got some Piney Mt. .22LR tracers if anyone is interested. I paid a pretty penny for them but willing to take a loss. I got them for the night shoot a while back and its just taking up room in my safe. I have close to 700 rnds probably in 50rnd boxes. Let me know if you're interested.

They dont even light until past 100 yrds.

I heard something to that effect, after the fact. That would certainly explain my observations:lol2:

That's what I get for trying them out at a range here in MD. Have to give them a real test. at night. in Arizona.

It will take me a few months, but watch this space.

Be careful! It is VERY easy to start a fire with tracers. Even if you are shooting too close to see the trace. No sense in burning down you range. You might not get invited back...
