If you are in Maryland, chances are they will not ship it here because it is semi-automatic. I tried buying a vepr shotgun a couple years ago from them and they said who would not ship any semi-automatic rifles or shotguns to Maryland. Before 2013 I bought two vepr rifles from them. The change happened after the 2013 gun laws went into effect, not that it really affects semi automatic shotguns
