Even if somebody doesn't already know varnish, fiberglass repair, electronics, refrigeration, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, ventilation, yacht systems, gas and/or diesel engines - there is critical need for the wash/wax/bottom scrub crew with opportunity to learn the other skills over time.
