Pittman has already lied more than Steve Schuh. He has allowed the highest paying/donating developers to continue building and shut down the ones not lining his pockets. He is a straight up politiking liar. Everything he ran on has turned out to be false so far. He has truly impacted the local economy in A.A. county from permit expeditors to building inspectors and everything in between. And now we are seeing his true colors, Communist Red!
And his homegirl Andrea Mad Hatter is clearly deranged & delusional.

TONIGHT the AACo GVP Task Farce crosses yet another ethical boundary.

AACo Exec Pittman has officially called for his full Task Farce to attend a mass shooting victim vigil tonight at 6 PM in Annapolis.

The Capital Gazette and Baltimore Sun are both reporting that the Task Force is not just attending but is “HOSTING” this spiritual event.

For individual TF members to join in this personally meaningful activity is not in question; everyone should attend in their private spiritual capacity.

But why has Pittman announced that tonight’s Annapolis vigil is an official governmental activity of the AACo GVP Task Force?

We couldn’t make up this stuff folks.

It was no secret to us that the Task Farce was a Democrat anti-gun political operation from its inception in April 2019:

Now AACo Exec Pittman has officially called out his “government fact-finders” to move beyond partisan politics to the spiritual.

Some background: Bishop Carroll announced yesterday morning on his personal FB page that he would be holding a vigil tonight for murder victims and their families, both of the recent mass shootings (perpetrated by young Antifa/leftist racist/socialist shooters) and local AACo murder victims.

It doesn’t appear that Bishop Carroll ever intended for his spiritual vigil to become an official governmental activity of the Task Farce.

Instead, this is more evidence that Bishop Carroll has been badly taken advantage of by Pittman.

Now, Pittman has hijacked Bishop Carroll’s heartfelt initiative to cynically use it for his own (and the statewide Democrat) anti-gun owner political agenda.

As you can see from the first FB comment below, AACo Exec Pittman begged off.

But yesterday Pittman announced on the AACo government website that tonight’s (Wednesday 8/7/19) vigil would be an official GVP Task Farce activity (see above):

Tonight’s 6 PM vigil for murder victims has been moved to the first floor lobby of the Arundel Center in Annapolis.

The two pics below show the changing Baltimore Sun headline and part of the article about the vigil, and how this article was revised to reflect this.

The evidence that this is a national and statewide Democrat political operation is that the recent mass shooting victims get top billing and the primary attention.

Attention by the AACo GVP Task Farce to the AACo residents murdered, probably by other AACo residents?

Not so much.

It seems clear the the Task Farce is about way more than typically useless political virtue-signaling.

Their goal is to produce a “Report” (due by December): in time for its “recommendations” to be used by statewide Democrats in the MGA to justify more gun-owner control laws against us next year.

What may seem like minor nitpicking about their “process” in this thread is in fact our intention to continuously document how the Task Farce appears to want to meet outside of the Open Meetings Act (OMA) and to avoid public scrutiny.

It is obvious that AACo Exec Pittman and his TF seek to find ways to smuggle “Democrat recommendations” of “THE PARTY” into their December “Report” - - recommendations that were in fact NEVER discussed during their public meetings.

Examples of this duplicity:

- AACo .gov twice listed the wrong meeting location
- the TF was divided to meet in 6 sub-groups, making it more difficult to monitor their discussions
- at least one sub-group planned “meet” in a telephone conference call, excluding the public
- the call for the Task Farce to gather tonight without a meeting notice or agenda

The OMA doesn’t prohibit the members of a public body from meeting socially, but they are expressly prohibited from conducting the business of the public body.

Given their arrogance, contempt for us and the rule of law, as well as their obvious political bias, does anyone think that they won’t “conduct business” tonight?

Get out the popcorn. It looks like the Pittmans office is trying to sic the Crapital office on the Anne Arundel County Gun Violence Task Force FB page, and trying to get the name of who owns it. I wonder if he is going to try and get the FB page removed.
