Landscaper w/drainage repair experience needed. 1/3 acre single family home in Germantown. Problem is standing water in backyard "swail" due to ground settling over many years. May need minor regrading, top soil fill, etc.
I am no expert and need someone with experience to level out the yard and offer workable solution(s).
May lead to other work opportunities and landscape improvements, but I need to get this water / run-off problem fixed.
On-site inspection, followed by estimate preferred. I can send pics to your email. The problem is not large, but with my dogs, we can't keep grass due to the standing water issue.
