WJ Dent's in Tall Timbers will even ship one to you, but they aren't cheap. They're a lot of work to prepare though... Did it once, now I just get it from my sister.

I bought one from Nicks once. Delicious!

Nicks has instructions to cook their stuffed hams 2 different ways, boiling which is traditional and in the oven. We have done them both ways and in my opinion cooking in the oven the spices are much spicier than boiling.

Maybe Mdeng and his wife will offer a class in how to make a MD Stuffed Ham this year. I know at least two people who would be interested!

One of the few treasures from So. Md that I truly miss. Stuffed Ham from Chaptico Market. Wifes Dad was born and raised in Great Mills was related to the Evans from St. Georges Island. That man could make a stuffed ham. Only wish I had paid more attention to him making it than I did to eating it. I really miss that guy. R.I.P. His was the first I ever tasted, never heard of it before moving to So MD. Chaptico Markets tastes close to what he made.
