Yes, it's stupid. I'd guess that the ATF doesn't like dealing with all the trusts and this is their way to reduce the incentive for people to use em.

if this is true when could we expect this change to happen, not like many CLEO would notice every time I talk to mine he acts like I'm speaking greak and has no idea what I'm talking about lol acualy same goes for the MSP firearms division.
