Usual tactics hoping the plaintiffs will die before case comes to trial. Or Pope retires and leaves the jurisdiction. Wish there was a way to speed it up. I guess the right to a speedy trial doesn’t apply being the plaintiffs in a civil case?

Not when it's honest citizens vs. corrupt government.

I think some has whispered in the judges ear.

All civil cases whether in the Federal or State court systems take a back seat to the criminal dockets. Unlike criminal cases there is no right to a speedy trial in civil cases.

Bump this thread...any new updates? No movement in over 4 months. Really sucks that Rack and brother can’t get this heard and settled.

We were told last February when civil litigator Cary Hansel took our case that it could take THREE YEARS to see the inside of the Federal courtroom.

It makes me so mad.

Meanwhile a federal judge hears Jim Acostas case a week after he had his press creds revoked.

Yea, seems like his 1A right is more important than the common folk because he’s “press”? And it was only his WH pass that was revoked! Only turned him into an ordinary citizen at the WH without it!
