    Hi All,

A short and kind of stupid question, or maybe just confirmation for a rhetorical question, but is the CZ Scorpion EVO 3 S1 7.75in barrel legal in MD as a pistol? I know some MD shooters here have them and MD FFLs carried them in the past but when I check on MSP roster it only says the Scorpion Evo 3 S2 MICRO is approved...thinking of ordering on online but want to make sure it is gtg as a pistol before...(obviously no hicap mags)

    Thanks and appreciate any info

It's on the roster. Look under manufacturer "BRNO or CZ". CZ-USA is there as well, so maybe that's the challenge?

Here's the models, copied straight from the MSP page:

    Scorpion EVO 3 S1 01351, 91350, 91351, 91352, 91353, 91354, 91355, 91356 9 mm

Thanks! I was looking only under CZ-USA. My mistake. Order submitted haha.

There is no such thing as high capacity magazines. There are standard and reduced capacity. I recommend a nice standard capacity 50 round drum and waiting for Magpul to release their standard capacity 35 rd magazines. I'm not impressed by the factory 20/30 round mags, they all hold less than advertised for me.
