Governor still needs to sign it, but this is good news after the 2015 suppressor bill stalled on its 3rd reading in the legislature with nearly identical voting patterns.

Vermont legalized suppressors last year. Constitutional carry was due to a 1906 ruling that's stuck ever since.

Suppressors currently legal is 41 states
