I have an honest line of questions.
Does the state qualify as "any other interested person?"
If the state qualifies as "any other interested person," does this mean that if you seek help for suicidal thoughts, the police "may" now raid and destroy your home?
Does this mean that the state has the power to start setting "rules" such as always raiding the homes of people with PTSD, domestic issues, depression, or other problems?
Does this mean that people "may" have to be forced to choose between 2nd Amendment protection or 4th Amendment protection, because they're not allowed to have both?
Does this mean that if you have issues that frequently arise, the police could possibly raid and destroy your home, with no grounds, on a regular basis?

The whole "any interested person" thing didn't end up in the law that actually got signed, so don't worry about that part.

As far as the whole mental health / PTSD question, that's out there even without this law. There are plenty of people out there who are scared to seek help for fear of losing their 2nd Amendment rights over it.

If you look at who has the power to swear out a complaint against you it might as well be any interested person. I can't find it to link to that part of the law but it's more than just family members.

The ONLY mention of "Interested Person" is on Line 22, and of course is NOT defined.
