HPRB November 4, 2019 Meeting Thread

This thread will be used for discussion of the meeting of the Handgun Permit Review Board(HPRB) on November 4, 2019.

DPSCS website link below. This link will be updated to reflect a change of meeting status or possible change of venue. Future meeting dates, time, and the location of the meeting is posted on the DPSCS HPRB website.

As of July 8th, 2019 the Handgun Permit Review Board meets at The Fifth Regiment Armory, 219 29th Division Street, Baltimore, MD 21201. Meetings are scheduled to begin at 6:00 pm.

I completely forgot about the meeting tonight. I was hoping to make the meeting so I could hear the Judge read the ruling into the minutes. Anyone make it tonight?

Not a single word was said, is anyone really surprised? One applicant requested a closed hearing, Hizzonor said they only use case numbers, not names, so no closed session is necessary to protect the applicant's privacy.
