    About You
    We are seeking Client Services/Support Representative who is can work with computers, likes challenges, is good with clients and loves to learn. The ideal applicant is energetic, motivated, and gregarious, is good at solving problems, and works well with others. Because this is a client facing position, you must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

    The Position
    The position entails working with and learning our product, providing technical support to our clients via both phone and email, implementing and training clients, communicating with clients to understand their needs, and assisting them with “how to” questions, You will also help with product testing, problem identification and documentation, and working with our programming team for problem resolution.

    Requirements
    • Windows and Microsoft Office experience
    • A technical Bachelor’s degree, certification, or equivalent experience
    • Database and SQL experience or understanding is helpful
    • 1-2 years tech support experience is preferred
    • HTML knowledge or experience is helpful
    • Good verbal and written communication skills

    Other• Occasional travel may be required
    • Salary commensurate with experience
    • Relocation expenses not available
    • Must be a US Citizen or have work authorization
