So, I bought a new Henry .22 a few months ago. It's my first Henry, just a standard blued version.
It shot high, even at the lowest setting of the rear sight, and I considered a few options.
Eventually, I decided to reach out to Henry via the email link on their site at 7:30 on a Friday night. They responded at 9:05 Monday morning to say they would send me a replacement front sight for no charge whatsoever.
When I gave them my address and thanked them for their prompt service, they responded 30 SECONDS LATER with a, "anytime and thanks for buying a Henry rifle," answer.
That's customer service.
I swapped out the sight and took it to AGC this afternoon and shot some nice groups. Just thought I'd share. I'm impressed.
