Turns out my back surgeon (my junior partner) told me today that he wants me to wear a bulky back brace for the next 2-3 months. So I am even more limited in choices.
My Crossbreed belly band uses a Velcro backed kydex shell to hold my firearm in place. I took one of the left handed shells and placed it inside the right side of my brace (I have a shell that fits my p365 Xl/p365 and another for a snub nosed revolvoer). It now looks and works like a right handed IWB holster. Will have to practice draws a bunch because it sits in an awkward spot. Will probably order a right handed shell too. These are modular shells and are designed to go in bags, on a bedside holder, etc...
