Suppressed M & P 15-22

Im looking for some subsonic .22lr ammo that will cycle well in my semi-auto 15-22 rifle.

I have heard bad & good, just curious if anyone has found a specific brand ammo that will cycle well shooting suppressed?

Ditto. Gemtech subs work in mine too. Most all, except quiets will cycle mine.

No, there are state compliant versions without such evil features.

If you're interested in one I recommend building an AR pistol with a 4" 22lr barrel and using the bettermag adapter to utilize 15-22 mags. That way all rounds stay subsonic, and you have a functional AR15.

That would be sweet, but right now, I want a full AR size rifle so my wife can practice with that platform at a lower cost than shooting 5.56.

dont forget the spacer since the threads on the 15-22 are longer than a standard 22.

Yep. CCI Standard Velocity and Gemtech Silencer Subsonic are all I shoot in any of my 15/22's. I also run a spacer behind my cans. They are cheap enough I just loctite a spacer on each rifle and leave it there.
