I know it's a shot in the dark, but is anyone familiar with the Savage 29 pump .22? I have one (not the -A or -B) that seems to be fused together. I can't move the safety selector, even with some persuasion with a hammer and punch. I can't get the pump to move, but that may be because it's on safe. I also can't get it to come apart. From what I read, all I should have to do is unscrew the takedown pin for it to pull apart. Any advice?

Obviously not my picture, but this is what it looks like. I only include it because most of the 29s I'm seeing online look different. The pump is different, and the takedown screw is on the other side of the receiver.

Actually, upon further inspection, mine is a little different. The tab that has to be pressed to rack the pump is closer to the takedown screw on mine.
