What's Happening on Monday, 4/1???

My favorable outcome at HPRB was overturned by OAH . My HPRB hearing was 10-02-18 and my OAH was was 02-15-19 . so one in the crapper so far . And last Friday on 03-29-19 i received my letter in mail

If you search the web for OAH, the State of California's OAH comes up first. It's no surprise that when I think California, I think infringement!

There and the NY Metropolitan Area (Boston along the coast to the bottom of NJ) are where the Legiscreatures get their infringement ideas from. Chicago has been off the table since it started issuing permits. Basically, it's where the BIG money resides, if you get my drift.

I may not have heard this correctly, feel free to correct me, but Delegate Beidle just stated that of the 22 cases that have been referred to the OAH since October, the HPRB decisions were all overturned in favor of the MSP.

That was to remove restrictions, correct? So now your permit has the arbitrary restrictions back on it?
