    For those tuning in that don't remember bill numbers, HB740 relates to home built firearms, seeking to make illegal Computer-Aided Fabrication (e.g. using a CNC machine to complete a receiver or 3D printing of firearm receivers) and requiring serializing firearms built at home via legal routes (which would still include finishing an 80% receiver using a drill press if I understood earlier discussion in this thread).
